Before School Elementary Program
The ROSCCO Before School Activity Program is administered by ROSCCO. The Before School Program is designed to meet the needs of working parents by providing a safe & stimulating environment. The programs utilize the cafeteria, gym, and/or the outdoor playground and other available facilities in the public school buildings. Activities include:
- Arts and crafts
- Indoor and outdoor play
- Indoor table games
- Reading and story time
- Special activities
Starting Time: 7:30am until the beginning of the school day.
Available at the following Stamford area schools:

- K.T. Murphy
- Roxbury
- Westover

- Springdale
- Toquam Magnet
- Rogers International School
After School Elementary Program
The ROSCCO After School Activity Program is administered by ROSCCO. The After School Program is designed to meet the needs of working parents by providing a safe & stimulating environment. - Aerobics
- Arts and crafts
- Chess instruction
- Dramatic play
- Field trips
- Food projects
- Indoor and outdoor play
- Indoor table games
- Movies
- Reading and story time
- Science projects
- Special activities
- Supervised homework time
Ending Time: from school dismissal until 5:30 p.m.

Are there discounts for families with multiple kids?
While we do not offer discounts for multiple kids, we proudly have a deep partnership with Care 4 Kids which provides financial assistance which may be available to qualifying families. Please call (888) 214-5437 to determine your eligibility, and mention the ROSCCO program.
