ROSCCO Informational Video
ROSCCO is a recognized pioneer and leader in the After School Field maintaining a focus on licensed school age/school based programming since 1975.
To address the need for safe, structured and quality programs for families and their children.

ROSCCO is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of parents, educators, and community representatives.
Incorporated as a not-for-profit organization in 1975, ROSCCO, the Rogers School Community Center Organization was founded as a community organization to provide programs for the Rogers neighborhood and Cove-East side area of Stamford. Its founders were community residents, parents, administrators and teachers of Rogers School. Their efforts were supported by the City of Stamford, which granted ROSCCO Community Development Funds, and the Stamford Board of Education, which offered in-kind services.
While maintaining its commitment to the International School at Rogers Magnet and working in partnership with the Stamford Public Schools and many community agencies, ROSCCO has evolved into a city-wide network with program sites in eleven of Stamford's elementary and two middle school buildings.
